We offer 4 customised coaching programs, These programs consist of six (6) coaching session supported with specific activities that accelerate your career progression

Career Starter

If you have just left school or recently graduated from TAFE or University, The Career Starter will teach you the skills and tools to help you discover the right career for you, plan your career and achieve your work goals. This program is suitable for graduates who are entering the workforce

Career Kick Start

If you’re feeling as though you’re in a career rut then Career Kick Start will help you re-engage with your passion and purpose and give you strategies to create your personal brand. We’ll show you how to position yourself for your next move, to find that job satisfaction that you’re seeking.

Career Switch

If you are looking to change careers, Career Switch will help you explore new career pathways. We will work with you to explore alternatives and then design an action plan to help you make the switch

Career Restart

Coming back to the workforce after a career break can be really daunting. Career Restart will give you the tools and strategies that will help you be noticed in your industry. This is suitable people who are wanting to return to work.

Our career masterclasses are delivered across Australia and are usually capped to 20 participants. Our masterclasses are usually delivered in full day or ½ day sessions. They all include a 30-day action plan and two (2) coaching sessions.
